We have combined two collections for this auction. The collection Frank Chvatal of Atwood, KS and the Estate of John & Donna Scarlett of New Castle, Co.
There will be a nice assortment of Firearms to include an excellent collection of Shotguns. There are also many Rifles, Handguns, and some Military Guns. Other items include lots of Collectible .22 Ammo, other Cartridges and some Collectibles.
This will be a great auction of mostly Firearms that you won't want to miss!

Terms of Use: All items sell to the highest bidder without reserve. We accept credit cards, good check or cash. A 5% in-house buyer's premium will be waived when paying with cash or good check. Please refer to the auction date page for instructions for firearms purchase requirements. A 15% fee will apply to absentee bids. Buyer will pay all shipping, handling & insurance charges. Please submit all absentee bids by email or Postal mail so that we have it in hard copy by Thursday prior to the auction. Privacy: We do not sell or provide your information to anyone unless it is required as part of the process to complete your purchase. We do NOT sell or provide your address or any other information to ANY outside sources.
Shipping: You must be 21 years of age to purchase a firearms online. We provide shipping of online purchases through USPS or UPS. All firearms will require that it be shipped to a valid FFL and will require an adult signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to know your State's regulations. The buyer assumes all responsibility for any shipment to or for you. The buyer pays all fees associated with all shipments.
Refunds and Cancellations: All sales are final that are purchased at the live auction. Internet Sales follow our terms of sale on the internet website of Proxibid. Their will be no refunds or cancellations because you did not know your State's laws and regulations.
Ammunition Sales: All internet ammunition sales require purchaser to be over 18 years old unless your State requires 21 years of age. We will only ship ammo to your state by their regulations. If your state does not allow ammunition sales, then do not purchase ammunition. We will not ship it to you. The following states are under this regulation: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C.. It is your responsibility to know the ammunition regulations in your state. |
