We have combined two collections for this auction. The collection Frank Chvatal of Atwood, KS and the Estate of John & Donna Scarlett of New Castle, Co.

There will be a nice assortment of Firearms to include an excellent collection of Shotguns. There are also many Rifles, Handguns, and some Military Guns. Other items include lots of Collectible .22 Ammo, other Cartridges and some Collectibles.

FIREARMS PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS FOR ATTENDEES: Form 4473, Firearms Transaction Record, must be completed by the purchaser on all firearms manufactured after 1898 with the exception of some muzzleloaders. Purchaser must possess a VALID Driver's License or State ID. Nebraska residents will need a current Firearms Purchase Permit or Conceal Carry Permit. Background checks will be provided for out-of-state non-residents for purchase of long guns. All handguns purchased by non-residents will have to be transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensee in their state. You will have to fill out 4473's at our place of business as well as pick up the firearms there. It is located in Arapahoe at 807 6th Street. We will not charge for the transfer to a Federal Firearms Licensee other than for the actual cost of shipping and insurance. We will charge $20 per person for all other transfers regardless of the number of guns purchased. These requirements will be strictly enforced for everyone!!!

All online purchases manufactured after 1898 with the exception of some muzzleloaders will need to be transferred to a FFL.
